Bring one real workflow

Choose an actual request or transaction, with sensitive details removed. We trace how it starts, who receives it, which information is needed and where it waits or gets entered twice. The important issue may be a handover between people rather than a missing screen.

Make responsibilities explicit

We map creation, review, assignment, delivery and closure. We also discuss missing information, cancellations and who may edit a record. These decisions define the permissions and business rules behind the interface.

Try the journey before development is complete

We review a prototype of the essential screens and journeys. Try a specific task, such as creating a request and assigning it to delivery. Your feedback helps refine information, terminology and next steps while changes are easier.

Agree a first release you can accept

We document priorities, integrations, exclusions and acceptance scenarios. For example, a staff member can create, assign, track and retrieve a request. At handover, those scenarios are tested with the team and daily use is explained.
